Distributing and updating merchandising materials in 1,800 branches across the country is a major undertaking. NatWest needed a solution that was fast, efficient and thorough. It required detailed coordination, teams on the ground, and a highly targeted approach that caused minimal disruption.

We developed a sophisticated, high-tech solution for nationwide rollout that was fast, efficient and highly cost-effective.

Rapid deployment: with a network of 100 professionals across the UK, we can roll out merchandising campaigns across all 1,800 branches in just five days.

A trusted team: our people on the ground hold the keys to all branches, and are thoroughly police-checked to ensure absolute integrity.

High-tech solution: we developed a custom-built IT system to manage all merchandising material, with hand-held PDAs uploading information real-time to a secure system.

Detailed and precise: the exact location of every poster and brochure is meticulously logged. We create branch floorplans to allow us to track every piece of collateral in every branch.

Flexible and responsive: with our network in place, we can easily handle seasonal campaigns e.g. 100,000 ‘sales survival packs’ (goodie bags for customers) assembled and distributed across the NatWest network in time for the January sales.

NatWest now has a one-stop solution for nationwide merchandising support. We handle all the logistical details, freeing up NatWest to deal with customers.

Every branch across the country now has a consistent look and feel, for a better customer experience. And with precise print runs based on actual usage, we’ve cut NatWest’s printing costs by a third.
