A stylish, branded solution with big cost savings
Challenge
Marks & Spencer needed a cost-effective solution for their changing rooms nationwide. They wanted to automate the process and cut out the ‘hand-work’. The system had to be flexible and scalable, as well as easy to store, transport and assemble. Plus, it had to be M&S-branded and easily updateable.
Solution
We analysed Marks & Spencer’s needs and came up with an innovative, custom-built solution.
Easy to use: our flat-pack, bar-coded design means the units are easy to transport, take up less space, and can be stored on shelves for immediate call-off. And installation takes minutes not hours.
Sophisticated and stylish: by embedding graphics into high-pressure laminate, and incorporating proximity lighting, we came up with a high-impact design that created a great impression.
Outcome
Marks & Spencer get a flexible, branded, state-of-the-art solution that met and exceeded their expectations. They saw a big reduction in assembly time thanks to the modular design.
And our global sourcing and international manufacturing meant big cost savings, cutting the unit price by 65%.
