Our programmes
At Futurama we know the importance of after care. Keeping your property and brand safe and in good repair is as important to us as it is to you. We tailor our level of service to your needs so you get the most suitable maintenance for the network you control. Whether planned or responsive, we’re on hand whenever you need us.
Planned maintenance
Initially, we will determine the range of signs and/or branches to be covered by the contract. Usually we’ll carry out between one and twelve service calls per annum to inspect and evaluate, thoroughly clean, replace any defective electrical components and record and repair any third party damage. The contract can offer an emergency response service to cover any problems that may arise outside of the planned programme, with response times tailored to meet your needs.
Reactive response
Our efficient response service provides emergency cover for all our installations. And as we will carry stock of your primary products and secondary components, the agreed response times can be met. We will respond to any fault or cleaning call within an agreed time so you know exactly when to expect us – these times can be set at 8, 24, 36 or 72 hours from the receipt of your call.
