Programmed Maintenance
We will plan and implement a structured program of maintenance to deliver a flexible and manageable solution for your specific requirements.

Initially, we will determine the range of signs and/or branches to be covered by the contract. Then we will carry our between one and twelve service calls per annum to thoroughly clean all body parts both internally and externally, replace any defective electrical components and record and repair any third party damage.

The contract will also offer an emergency response service to cover any problems that may arise outside of the planned program, with response times tailored to suit your needs.

Reactive Response
Our efficient response service provides emergency cover for all our installations.

We will respond to any fault or cleaning call within an agreed time so you now exactly when to expect us – these times can beset at 8, 24, 36 or 72 hours from the receipt of your call.

We will also carry stock of your primary products and secondary components to ensure the agreed response times can be met.

We understand the importance of after care, which is why we tailor our maintenance programs to suit your needs. Whether planned or responsive, we’re on hand whenever you need us.
